Change on the Scientific Advisory Board

Last week, after twelve years on the Board, Kilian T. Elsasser (Museumsfabrik Lucerne) stepped down at the end of this year’s conference. «Well, if it can’t get any better, you should stop» he commented his leave.

The Iron Library has been fortunate to engage Dr. Gisela Hürlimann, Co-Head of the Chair for the History of Technology at the ETH Zurich, as his successor. She was already involved in the organization of this year’s conference.

We thank Kilian T. Elsasser for his long commitment and welcome Gisela Hürlimann as new member of the Scientific Board!
