"Plastic: Remaking Our World" Exhibition in Singapore

The Iron Library is continuing its participation in the international exhibition "Plastic. Remaking Our world". The Library's holdings were used by the exhibition organizers for some of their early research at its concept stage. The exhibition was first shown at the Vitra Design Museum, then traveled via the V&A Dundee to the MAAT - Museum of Art, Architecture, and Technology in Lisbon. From now until June, it will be visiting the National Museum of Singapore. Also on this world tour is an exhibit from the Iron Library: the first issue of Kunststoffe from 1911, the oldest plastics journal in the world.
